Ask your agent for an opinion of value through your market comparison. Have your agent walk through the home to see what may help or hinder the sale like clutter or curb appeal
Do not be afraid to ask questions. Write them down so you do not forget. If you are not happy with the quality of the why behind the answer as for clarification and examples if needed. If the have Realtor® next to their name ask what that signifies and truly mean.
While an agent is responsible for many things including the marketing of your home or searching for the right fit if you are buying a home, there is also an element of responsibility on the client-side for example: being ready when showing your home, having all documents in order when buying.
